Our MissionÂ
At Ramos Charity, our mission is to bring dignity, compassion, and hope to families in Long Beach and beyond. We exist to provide relief in times of hardship, create opportunities for children and youth, and build stronger communities through acts of kindness and service.
WHO WE AREÂ
The Ramos Charity was founded with the vision of transforming lives through generosity. Under the leadership of Leticia Ramos, our organization continues to grow as a trusted nonprofit partner for families and neighborhoods in need.
Although our annual gross receipts remain under $50,000, our community impact is significant—proof that even modest resources can achieve extraordinary results when compassion guides action.
WHAT WE DO
We focus on programs that directly support families and individuals in vulnerable situations:
Family Assistance – Providing groceries, rent aid, and emergency essentials to households in crisis.
Youth & Education – Supplying backpacks, school supplies, and mentorship for students to thrive.
Community Outreach – Hosting neighborhood events, food drives, and seasonal support initiatives.
Health & Wellness Support – Connecting families with basic healthcare resources and promoting well-being.
